Surprised in the best way!

Luxurious stay in a modern hotel with large, well-designed rooms featuring excellent air conditioning. The service was first-class, and the restaurant offered delicious food. The only downside was the terrace needing some updates. A perfect base in a nice neighborhood for a relaxing getaway!

Comfy room but lacking in service

The room was pretty spacious and had a nice view of the area. I liked the comfy bed and the restroom setup. But man, the gym was a bummer—like, really outdated and almost unusable. And waiting an hour for towels? Not cool.

While the hotel had a friendly staff and a great location, the room felt outdated and the gym was in dire need of maintenance. The dining options could use improvement, especially the quality of food at the buffet, which was disappointing. Overall, it was an okay experience but could be better.

Superb junior suite hot tub

We had an awesome stay in the Deluxe Two Beds room, really loved the pool and gym facilities. The sauna and spa were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a small note, they could be a bit more meticulous with the room tidiness, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

comfortable stay with a few areas for improvement

I had a lovely experience at Camino Real while visiting Mexico City. The spacious Beautiful King room felt luxurious, and the staff offered warm hospitality. Minor drawbacks included slow elevators, but the overall vibe and comfort were great.

The deluxe room had two comfy beds and a spacious layout. Loved the shower pressure and the big bathroom. Super clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. The fitness center needs a little updating, but the spa facilities were nice with a sauna and massage options. Staff was super friendly and accommodating, making the stay easier.
